As we reflect on the impact of the pandemic on the economy, it’s essential to delve into the lessons learned during this transformative period. Join us for a retrospective led by Alex Tabarrok, who shares his experiences collaborating with government officials during the crisis.
Among other topics Alex presents the case for human challenge trials. In contrast to traditional vaccine trials, which often take longer to yield results, Tabarrok highlighted the potential of these trials to accelerate vaccine development by deliberately exposing participants to the virus.
