ArcGIS StoryMaps, powered by Esri, provide interactive mapping activities that reinforce each main concept covered in the text. They can be used as a lecture tool or as an assignment. StoryMaps explore a key topic from each chapter in more detail. The series of maps allow students to visualize data and processes. Legends and mapping tools are included to further navigate the map by zooming or panning or by clicking to directly explore points of interest in the map.

ArcGIS WebMaps are embedded into pre-built assessments in Achieve. These maps allow students to use zoom and search tools, base maps, and layers to deepen their understanding of geography. Students are given instructions on how to manipulate the map to answer the questions.
